Complete Slaying the Hero Holly

The Timeline Shift Decision: Holly quest starts after you obtain Camillo's Remnants to activate Holly's Faded Bond, which appears right after Slaying the Hero Holly. After you obtain Camillo's Remnants, you can interact with the Faded Bond to start the quest.

During this quest, you'll be able to obtain Lise's Hair Ornament before you fight the last boss. This is the item required to successfully interact with Josee's Fading Bond and start Timeline Shift Decision: Josee.
Additionally, you can also speak to Holly afterwards to obtain her Requests.

Quest Objectives

| 1 |  Interact with the Time Jump portal in the Withered Greenhouse from the Present to initiate a cutscene with Lou. After, turn around and talk to Monica for details on Camilo's pathos. |
| 2 |  Follow the ray of light northwest towards the Ruined Town. Make your way to the center and defeat the nurse enemy wielding a hammer. Defeating her will give you the item Camilo's Remnant II, and will start a flashback. Exit the flashback through the door at the end. |
| 3 |  Follow the ray of light northeast towards the Sanotorium. Make your way to the fountain and defeat the patient enemy wielding two blades. Defeating her will give you the item Camilo's Remnant I, and will start a flashback. Exit the flashback through the door at the end and finish the dialogue with Lou and Monica. |
| 4 |  Return to the Withered Greenhouse to restore Camilo's fading bond. This will initiate a time jump into Camilo's frenzy. Interact with the monument which gives you a trial from the Progenitor Idris. You will encounter the boss, Retainer of Idris further inside. |
| 5 |  After defeating the boss, walk to the next room and interact with the monument to complete the time jump. Fast travel to the Sanotorium to meet with Holly in her office. The conversation is interrupted by a sound from Camilo's room. Take the elevator to investigate it. |
| 6 |  Follow the signs of destruction to pursue the frenzied Camilo. Descend the hole in the lobby to a lower floor and underground facility of the Sanotorium. Exit towards the floating island full of family memories. |
| 7 |  Complete the bridges and pathways leading to the westmost island of the area where you will encounter the boss, Camilo Asturias. Defeating him will trigger a series of cutscenes that unlocks Holly as a permanent Partner. |
| 8 |  Return to the Present where you will converse with Monica, asking you to save Holly for good. Holly's cocoon will transfer to the Sanotorium. Talk to Camilo for more information about the situation, then interact with the glowing item on the counter to trigger a flashback and obtain Lise's Hair Ornament. |
| 9 |  Head outside the Sanatorium and interact with the Cocoon to fight and defeat Hero Holly. |

The Retainer of Idris is an outer world boss that hinders your travel back to Holly's era. He is the first boss you fight as soon as you interact with Holly's Fading Bond.

Hero Holly is the final boss of this questline. After returning to the present and interacting with Lise's Hair Ornament, head outside and interact with the cocoon to fight Holly.
