Avoid the Lava in Sunken City

Avoid the Lava in Sunken City

The first Zenon Duplicate Unit resides at Sunken City and focuses on dealing fire damage throughout the arena. We recommend avoiding the lava puddles he spawns whenever he throws fireballs at you as this can deal huge damage over time if you stay too long.

Keep in mind that positioning is key for this boss fight since he tends to blanket the field with lava puddles. Make use of the small openings between them to either lure him towards you or attack him with ranged attacks and magic forma.

Parry His Melee Attacks in Corroded Scar

The second Zenon Duplicate Unit resides at Corroded Scar and focuses on dealing lightning damage with his melee attacks. We recommend equipping the Mutinous Bracer to parry his melee attacks as much as you can for big openings to deal damage and eventually stagger him for a drain attack.

Keep in mind that you can also make use of the Reaper Jail since the initial spin animation allows you to parry melee attacks as well.

How to Parry

Dodge His Ice Magic in Undead Forest

The third and last Zenon Duplicate Unit resides at Undead Forest and focuses on dealing ice damage from long range. Watch out for when his hand starts glowing white as this means he will summon ice orbs at the edge of the arena and periodically fires ice beams for a short duration. You can avoid this by either jumping or dodging as soon as the beam fires.

Additionally, when he rapidly fires ice missiles towards you, make sure to sprint sideways to completely avoid the attack since dodging will cause you to stop and get hit by one of the projectiles.

You can find Zenon Duplicate Unit at the Zenon's Secret Lab in the Sunken City, Corroded Scar, and Undead Forest during the Slaying the Hero Zenon questline. Take note that this has to be in the Insert Timeline timeline in order for you to access the Zenon Duplicate Unit boss fight.
