Code Vein 2 -
Partners are recruitable companions you meet throughout the story of the game.

They provide passive effects, restore resources, and offer unique abilities that make navigating the world and surviving encounters easier.

Provides Combat Support

Partner System Description
Summoning Call your Partner into battle to act independently, launching attacks and supporting you. Useful for crowd control and tactical pressure.
Assimilation Merge your Partner’s essence with your own, granting temporary stat increases and keeping their traits active. Best for focused fights against strong enemies.
Restorative Offering Restorative Offering restores your health when your HP drops to zero. After Restorative Offering is activated, your Partner will be incapacitated for a short time, during which they cannot perform the action again.

Partners fight alongside you, wielding their own weapons and abilities. You can either summon them to act independently or merge with them for a temporary boost. Restorative Offering restores your health if your HP drops to zero, giving you a second chance in tough battles.

Increasing Bonds Boost Partner Benefits

Code Vein 2 - Partner Affinity
Partners in Code Vein 2 use an affinity system. Spending time with them, taking them into combat, and completing partner-related story events increases your bond.

Higher affinity unlocks stronger passive bonuses, new abilities, and exclusive dialogue. It can also enhance Link Traits, extending the duration of partner effects in combat.
