Dodge Her Disc Attacks

Pioneer Queen Imogen tends to throw discs at range that can easily shave off a chunk of your health if you are not careful. We suggest getting a feel for the disc timings and dodge to the side to completely avoid the attack.

Keep in mind that she can consecutively throw discs when you are at mid-range so try to dodge continuously until you have enough time to recover and retalite.

Should You Guard, Counter, or Evade?

Parry Her Melee Attacks

Pioneer Queen Imogen is also capable of performing melee glaive attacks at close range. We recommend equipping the Mutinous Bracer to parry her melee attacks as much as you can to give you big openings to deal damage and eventually stagger her for a drain attack.

Keep in mind that you can also make use of the Reaper Jail since the initial spin animation allows you to parry melee attacks as well.
