Finish Vanquishing the Heroes Quest

Map Overview

You can access Insula Carcere after completing the Vanquishing the Heroes quest, which involves defeating Lyle, Josee, and Holly.

After speaking with Lavinia, you can get to Insula Carcere by traveling west of your map all the way to the West Coast Pier, where the ferrywoman is located. It is located directly west of the Refugee Village and southwest of Josee's Outpost.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step	Objectives
1	The Insula Carcare location requires playing through a good chunk of the game before it can be accessed. Finish the Vanquishing The Heroes quest first, in order to proceed.
2	Return to the present and speak with Lavinia Voda in Magmell Institute, and she will inform you that she has arranged for a Ferrywoman to take you to the Insula Carcere. Note: Make sure to finish all pending Timeline Shift: Decision quests before talking to Lavinia, as you cannot proceed otherwise.
3	Head west to West Coast Pier, where the Ferrywoman is awaiting your arrival. Speak to her, and she will take you to Insula Carcere.
