Prioritize Defeating the Knight First

Prioritize Defeating the Knight First

Initially, we want to eliminate Oskar the Knight first since he is an aggressive enemy that can easily hinder your run. You can then focus on parrying and blocking Oskar's melee attacks, while also dodging his charged thrust attack as this has a follow up stomp that can punish you if you are not careful.

Make sure to keep Gobbo within your line of sight as much you can since you need to watch out for his ranged attacks so you can dodge them with ease.

Have Josee Draw Aggro for Gobbo

Have Josee Draw Aggro for Gobbo

As you start the fight, make sure to completely ignore Gobbo and have Josee draw aggro to keep him distracted while you are fighting Oskar. If you want to help maintain Josee's aggro, you can use buffs such sa Defensive Order for higher defenses and Soul Stimulant to boost her attack power.

Avoid His Blood Attacks

Avoid His Blood Attacks

Once you reach Gobbo's 2nd phase, we will start performing Blood attacks that can inflict Luna Rapacis which can prevent you from healing and summoning Josee. If ever you do get inflicted, you can focus on dodging and blocking his attacks since the Luna Rapacis duration only lasts a few seconds.

You can find Alessandro Gobbo at the Bureau's Castle in the Undead Forest during the Timeline Shift Decision: Josee questline. Take note that this has to be in the 2192: The Hero Josee's Era timeline in order for you to access the Alessandro Gobbo boss fight.
