Red and Blue Orbs have the best value in this banner, with two strong metagame focus units for each color and no dud focus units to spoil your pity rate.
Red has Summer Edelgard, arguably the best initiator in the game, easily capable of acting three times in one turn with Raging Storm granting another action and Regal Sunshade's brave attacks accumulating Special charges to trigger an inherited Galeforce. She even fixes her own mobility problem with her base kit's Assault Troop 3 allowing her to reach her foes quickly.
Color sharing with Summer Edelgard is Valentine's Chrom, another powerful offensive hero. His To Change Fate! is a buffed Reposition that also grants him Atk+6 and another action while also granting Special cooldown count -1 to himself and the ally he repositioned. Offensively, his Destiny's Bow is effective against both flying and armored foes and grants him a guaranteed follow-up attack as well.
Blue has two powerful units in Winter Cordelia and Summer Thórr that can fulfill both offensive and support roles simultaneously. Winter Cordelia grants the Orders buff and 【Dual Strike】 to herself and nearby allies, allowing them to make brave attacks if adjacent to other allies with 【Dual Strike】, while Summer Thórr applies 【Stall】 and 【Exposure】 to multiple foes while granting extra Special charges per hit during combat for both herself and nearby allies.
We recommend spending orbs here to build up Summer Edelgard at least, and perhaps one copy of the other focus heroes in Red and Blue.
Investing into Summer Edelgard, whether it's an unmerged copy, +1, or +10, opens up a ton of offensive strategies that can make your experience in-game easier. Her ability to act twice with Raging Storm, or even up to three times by inheriting Galeforce, allows you to defeat 1-2 enemies and retreat to safety afterwards. If built with recoil skills like Fury 4, she can easily bring herself to Wings of Mercy range while defeating multiple foes, allowing her allies to warp in and clean up the rest of the map.
Valentine's Chrom, Winter Cordelia, and Summer Thórr are all powerful units as well, and adding them to your barracks even as unmerged copies will be beneficial to your teams.
Additionally, players also have free summoning tickets for this banner obtainable through quests, making summoning cheaper.
All of the focus heroes from this summon have rather useful skills that you may want another unit to inherit. See the list below for the most useful skills from this batch of units.
