Solution

  1. Move Niles two spaces right and defeat the Red Mage.
  2. Move Jeorge one space to the left.
  3. Move Klein one space up and defeat the Lance Dragon.
  4. Move Virion a space to the left and up, then defeat the Axe Dragon.
  5. Move Virion one space up and attack the Red Fáfnir.
  6. Move Klein two spaces to the right and attack the Lance Knight.
  7. Move Jeorge one space to the right and attack the Green Manakete.
  8. Move Niles two spaces to the left and defeat the Red Fáfnir.
  9. Move Jeorge one space to the right and defeat the Lance Knight.
  10. Keep Klein in place and defeat the Green Manakete.
  11. Move Niles one space to the right and defeat the Red Cavalier.
  12. Move Virion two spaces down.
  13. Move Jeorge two spaces to the left.
  14. Move Virion one space to the right and attack the Lance Fighter.
  15. Move Niles one space down.
  16. Move Klein two spaces to the left and defeat the Lance Fighter.
