Solution

  1. Move Celica a space up and to the right.
  2. Move Fae two spaces to the right and use Draw Back on Ike.
  3. Move Ike below Celica.
  4. Move Mathew one space up and to the right.
  5. Move Celica a space up and to the left, and defeat the Axe Knight.
  6. Move Mathew two spaces to the right and defeat the Lance Cavalier below.
  7. Move Ike two spaces down.
  8. Move Fae one space to the right.
  9. Move Mathew a space up and use Reciprocal Aid on Celica.
  10. Move Celica two spaces down and defeat the Sword Dragon.
  11. Move Ike one space to the left and defeat the Bow Cavalier.
  12. Move Fae one space up and one space to the left.
  13. Move Mathew a space to the left and attack the Lance Knight below.
  14. Keep Fae in place and defeat the Lance Knight on the left.
  15. Move Celica a space to the left and defeat the Bow Fighter.
  16. Defeat the Axe Knight with Ike.
