Solution

1. Move Roy two spaces down and one space to the right to defeat the Red Mage.
2. Move Boey two spaces to the right.
3. Move Sheena one space to the right.
4. Move Lene two spaces to the left and use dance on Sheena.
5. Move Sheena one space to the right.
6. Keep Boey in place and attack the Lance Knight below.
7. Move Sheena a space down.
8. Move Lene two spaces to the right and use dance on Sheena.
9. Move Sheena one space to the right and defeat the Lance Knight.
10. Move Roy one space to the left and defeat the Axe Dragon.
11. Move Roy two spaces to the right and defeat the Axe Knight.
12. Move Sheena a space to the left.
13. Move Boey one space down and attack the Bow Fighter below.
14. Move Lene one space to the right and use Dance on Boey.
15. Keep Boey in place and defeat the Bow Fighter below.
16. Move Roy two spaces down.
17. Move Sheena a space up.
18. Move Boey one space to the left and defeat the Sword Fighter.
19. Move Roy two spaces to the left and a space up.
20. Move Lene two spaces down and use dance on Roy.
21. Move Roy two spaces to the left and defeat the Green Mage above.
