The best IVs for Leanne are +Def and -Res. Leanne has imbalanced defenses. Her Res is really high, but her Def is one of the worsts in the game. Going with these IVs will help her balance her defenses. She should stay clear of any bow users even with these IVs however.

How to Use, Explanation

The objective of this build is to improve Leanne's ability to tank magic attacks while supporting her fellow beast units. If you prefer Mystic Boost 3 Seal to be on another unit, you can go for other defensive Seals such as. You can also replace Hone Beasts if you plan to run her in a dragon or mixed team. Joint Hone and Joint Drives can work. If you're on a budget, Wave skills or Tactic skills can work too.

Leanne is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Leanne Strengths

Flying Refresher-Assist Unit

Sing is an assist skill that allows the target ally to take another action. Because of this, your allies can move and attack twice to take down foes, or attack and move back to the safe zone so that they won't be taken out during the enemy phase. It has high strategic value and it allows Leanne to become a part of many team compositions.

Additionally, Leanne possesses flying movement, so she has less restrictions on movement. This makes her a lot easier to position compared to the more common infantry refresher-assist units.

Weapon grants additional movement to Leanne

Leanne has the exclusive weapon skill Heron Wing, which will allow her to move an extra space, provided that there are no non-beast/dragon units in adjacent spaces. This extra movement will help her support far away allies, as well as get around larger maps much quicker, as well as many other uses.

Buff Beasts' Offensive Power

Leanne's C skill, Hone Beasts boosts adjacent beast units' Atk/Spd by +6. It is powerful and pretty easy to trigger and this makes Leanne a good candidate for an amazing support unit in all-beast teams.

Weak to bows

As a flying unit, X takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Leanne's Def sits at only 16 at Lv. 40. That is extremely low and physical units especially bow users can easily take her out. Leanne's presence in the map as a refresher-assist support is very important so be mindful of Leanne's position in the map and make sure she is not in range of physical units.
