    It doesn't effect the left most node. The leftmost node uses the same material as all the others, unless another left most unlocks at a later point in that game? I can see none it applies to for now.

    The Aurum Ancient Chisel is used to unlock the leftmost Manna Potency node of the Skyborn branch of the Impetus Repository. This has been updated on the page for other users to see as well.
