Li Wansan Questline Walkthrough
1. Defeat Ai Nengqi
Progress through the Rebel Camp in Cloudspire Outskirts and defeat General of the North Ai Nengqi. Don't forget to talk to Nian Suichang nearby to summon him and progess his questline further!

2. Talk to Li Wansan
If you defeated Ai Nengqi before proceeding to Cloudspire City, you can talk to Li Wansan and give him the Zhenwu Tome from Huang Jian'e's questline. After your interaction, you will obtain the Red Mercury Crystal, which can be given to Huang Jian'e.
Defeat Li Wansan in Snowfall Palace
If you did not defeat Ai Nengqi before proceeding to Cloudspire City, you will find Li Wansan in Snowfall Palace as a hostile NPC. Upon defeating him, you will obtain the Red Mercury Crystal and the Treasurer Armor Set.

Talk to Li Wansan just outside He Youzai's location in Cloudspire City. Note that you must defeat Ai Nengqi first before proceeding to Cloudspire City.

If you did not kill Ai Nengqi before reaching Cloudspire City, Li Wansan can be found at Snowfall Palace. Note that he will be a hostile NPC which uses Fire Pots, Poison smoke, and blunt attacks.
