How to Get Fir Cones

Dropped by Chopping Down Fir Trees

Fir Trees in the Mountain biome

Fire cones can be obtained by chopping Fir Trees found in the Mountain biome. It is the only tree capable of growing in the harsh freezing climate so you can't mistake it for another tree.

Can Be Spawned with Console Command

If you don't mind using cheats to obtain it, Fir Cones can easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the item, first turn on cheat codes by typing devcommands in the F5 console, and use the spawn FirCone command to create the item.

Used to Plant Fir Trees

Fir Cones are used to replant Fir Trees anywhere. They are not exclusive to the Mountain biome so you can plant it even in the Meadows.
