Milking Mooshrooms
Using a bucket, players can milk Mooshrooms in order to obtain Milk.
Consequently, milking Brown Mooshrooms using a bowl will give you Mushroom Stew.
How to Get Suspicious Stews
Using flowers on Brown Mooshrooms before milking them with a bowl will give you Suspicious Stews instead of its usual Mushroom Stew drop.
Different kinds of flowers will grant the Suspicious Stew various status effects that could prove helpful or even disadvantageous for the player.
How to Breed Mooshrooms
Feed Two Mooshrooms Wheat to Breed
Feeding two Mooshrooms Wheat will cause them to go into Love Mode and breed. Afterwards, the pregnant Mooshroom will spawn a baby Mooshroom, which can grow faster into an adult when fed more Wheat.
Breed with Cow After Shearing Mooshroom
Shearing Mooshrooms will give you Red Mushrooms!
Using Shears on a Mooshroom will strip off its red color and will turn into a regular Cow. Afterwards, that newly transformed Mooshroom can be bred with a Cow.

Mushroom Fields Spawn
Mooshrooms exclusively spawn in Mushroom Field biomes found in the Overworld.

Brown Mooshrooms do not spawn naturally.
Mooshrooms transform into Brown Mooshrooms after being struck by lightning. Consequently, Brown Mooshrooms struck by lightning will transform back to its red counterpart.
You can get lightning to strike Mooshrooms by waiting for a Thunderstorm and placing a Lightning Rod near them or hitting them with a Trident enchanted with Channeling.

A Mooshroom is a Cow variant covered in Mushrooms. Red Mooshrooms and Cows share the same characteristics like aimlessly walking around areas slowly, with only their appearance being the only difference between one another.
However, using Shears on a Mooshroom, be it red or brown, will turn it into a regular Cow.
Brown Mooshroom Differences
Brown Mooshrooms are different since players can get bowls of Mushroom Stew or Mysterious Stew from them, which is something that both the Red Mooshroom and Cow cannot provide.
Follows Players Holding Wheat
While holding Wheat, Mooshrooms will follow players around wherever they go so long as they can reach the player.
