The Mangrove Swamp is a biome that generates in warm regions. It can usually be found beside other warm biomes like Forest, Savannas, and Deserts. Similar to a regular swamp, it has murky water and lily pads can be found all over the place.
The biome is home to an abundance of mangrove trees. These mangrove trees have vines hanging around it and mangrove roots that hold the tree to the ground. The core of the tree is made of Mangrove wood. It's brown on the outside but chopping it down reveals a red interior.

You can also find mud in this biome. These blocks can be turned into clay by placing a block underneath it and a pointed dripstone underneath that block. Doing this will drain the water from the mud and it will eventually turn into clay.
Frogs are also abundant in the Mangrove Swamp. They are passive mobs that can attack slimes and magma cubes, giving you slime balls or froglights. They can also be bred by feeding two frogs a slimeball.

Structures can be generated anywhere in a Minecraft world. Some of them only generate in certain biomes while some can generate anywhere in the world. They can be found through exploration or by using an item in the game.
Some structures, like villages, are home to passive mobs while others, like Pillager Outposts, spawn hostile mobs that can kill a player.
Mobs spawn in different ways. Some spawn anywhere in a given dimension while some only spawn in certain biomes. They can be categorized as Passive, Neutral, and Hostile. How to approach one depends on what kind of mob it is.
