Jingliu is such a funny character even with her "buffs" even if you have her E6S1, she's still weaker than the free unit Archer E0S1, man, the cr33p is insane on this game... imagine getting her E6 on her release and then Hoyo gives free Archer 2 years in the future that does more damage that her will all her eidolons and bis team, lmao...

Hoyo is going to make exactly 0 dollars on Jingliu's banner. Everyone is gonna skip or pull for the Fate characters or Firerfly. Dumb move hoyo... what they really need is more preservation/actual abundance characters instead of groundbreaking dps' every patch. Lol adventurine being the only viable preservation character...

The power creep in this game is crazy, and the fact they changed her scaling to hp is actually such a cash grab. Why do you have to invest in another completely different build, and team when her problem wasn't even atk scaling?
I loved Jingliu when I got her, then I aimed for her lightcone and got it early. The fact that she fell off so quickly was so sad. But the fact that their "buff" is so shit that barely changed anything is depressing. Firefly flopped quite a lot when Castorice was released. MoC with her was pretty shit and Rappa somehow was doing better. Sparkle flopped and now she's kind of getting a comeback I wonder what other limited 5* star people love a lot will fall off
Im so p*ssed they nerfed my build for her. She was my best built, and most used besides Sparkle. I'm glad they at least gave the option to switch her settings back, but now her menu is all screwed cause it keeps telling me to scale on HP despite being on the old ATK scale mode. Her sub state count was at 36 S ranked, but now its A rank an wont even give it a number cause theres no "suitable main stat" on one of the relics. They didn't even really fix her.
hoyo should just put old characters where they belong in standard banner after each version change since they are unlikely to be viable for more than 2 versions at most
jinglius signature lc is pretty bad on her and she still sucks no one will use or pull for this character becuse she is unlikely to clear any modes

Her best LC is Mydei's LC, her best relics are Herta's relics and her best ornaments are Cas' ornaments. Other characters' leftovers basicaly. That's sad.

Exactly, Hoyo just wants you to think that they gave insane buffs by making you fight a boss with low HP that isn't even from amphoreus in which the bosses have more HP
