How to Get Scorchflame Plate Cloak
Head to Silent Falls Hideout
The Scorchflame Plate Cloak can be found in a hidden area in Silent Falls Hideout. This area is located near Hills of No Return, near the boundary of Hernand and Demeniss.
Take note that you'll encounter a Grave Walker upon entering the area. This mini boss will drop the Insight I and Vigor I Abyss Gears upon defeat.
Climb and Use Force Palm on the Wall
Climb, hang, and use Force Palm on the encircled wall above. Make sure to hold onto the wall by inputting the Resist control to avoid flying off the wall when using Force Plam
Loot the Sorcerer's Staff in the Locked Room
A locked room that contains the Sorcerer's Staff can be encountered in the area. You only need to light the two braziers to unlock the room that contains the Sorcerer's Staff.
Loot the Treasure Chest
Proceed to the hidden area and loot the Treasure Chest to obtain the Scorchflame Plate Cloak.
