done more testing. the gifting pts applies to both food AND valuables. on top of that, there is now a fourth tier that ONLY APPLIES TO GIFTED VALUABLES. so here it is, concisely: (favorite=7→4-5) (loved=3→2) (liked=1-2) (accepted=0-1) an accepted item that gives 0 pts is NOT returned to the player. i have some mods downloaded and will return with a FULL spreadsheet with all valuables + food :]

(21/22/23 commenter again) i've done some math! there are 3 tiers of food gift: favorite, loved, and liked FAVORITE foods will give you 7 trading points the FIRST time you gift them. after that, they will give you 4-5 pts each, averaging at about 4.6 a LOVED food will give 3 points the first time, and 2 every single time after a LIKED food is anything else that the character doesn't decline. this will give you 1-2 points, averaging about 1.3 (each tier was averaged from 30)

a few missing noah gifts that haven't been commented yet: (fragrant black tea = 2) (artisanal sake = 2) (bottled beer = 2) (organic soap = 1) (junk noodles = 0, declined) i've tested out every other food. his 7's and 0's in the spreadsheet are correct, every other food gives 1-3 points, despite dialogue. i might go for some averages to see if the happier dialogue tends to lean towards a higher value
What about Zenon??
Found the last two favourite foods, Josee likes Oden Bread and Noah likes Souffle. During my food adventures I also found everyone's dislikes as well, I might as well list them for posterity: (Lou - Spicy food), (Valentin and Noah - Junk food), (Lavinia - Meat), (Jadwiga - Vegetables), (Iris - Sweets), (Josee - Carbs), (Lise - Mushrooms), (Lyle and Craig - Seafood), (Holly - Noodles), (Zenon - Hot food/Soup)
I'll list them again in a different format since it looks like a mess, with some new ones I've discovered: (Lou - First Love Juice), (Valentin - Consomme Soup), (Lyle - Omelette Rice), (Craig - Steak), (Jadwiga - Junk Noodles), (Lise - Vegetable Curry), (Zenon - Sushi). Including the favourite foods already listed in the article, I think the only ones missing are Josee and Noah
Sorry if someone already said so, but Lyle refuses Seafood Tempura (he says the smell of seafood makes him sick)
Not sure if they aren't included due to spoilers, but Craig and Lise can be given gifts as well. I've tested some of the cooked food as gifts, here's some not currently listed that characters have specific dialogue for (didn't take note of the points unfortunately) Jadwiga - Junk Noodles Lise - Vegetable Curry Craig - Steak Lyle - Omelette Rice I'll try some more but I need to find better ways to farm ingredients like rice and flour

Sorry took a break after 100% the game. Added the 2 missed gifts, as well as double checking the Noodles & Munchies, I gave her 5 of each and got either 1 or 2 Trade points.
