Halloween Freyja headlines this banner as the Duo Hero and she excels in her role as an offensive mage.
Nightmare Staff's ability to disables her foe's Specials completely changes combat, making Freyja difficult to defeat especially with her multiple true damage reduction effects. It heavily defines Halloween Freyja as a unit and gives her an important niche, making her worth using over other options.
Freyja is also among the fastest units in the entire game with her very high base Spd. She excels offensively with her high Spd, but can also be quite good defensively due to requiring such a high Spd check to succumb to follow-up attacks.

While Halloween Freyja is an excellent unit that can safely attack into enemies and deal relevant damage, we still do not recommend players to summon on this banner.
As a Special Heroes banner, the heroes here are quite rare and are not included in the normal summoning pool or on Focus banners, making them difficult to merge up.
Unless one of these heroes are your favorites, we recommend instead to save your orbs for future banners.
