Tea Felix and Tea Ingrid are the best heroes on this banner.
Tea Felix has True Lone Wolf which grants him up to three actions per turn similar to Brave Felix, granting him unparalleled mobility. Brave Felix ran the metagame for months, and while he isn't the metagame menace he once was, he is still among the top heroes in the game. Tea Felix is just as capable and will be just as reliable.
Tea Ingrid is a highly offensive unit that can grant herself an extra action and provide 【Reflex】, 【Dodge】, and 【Null Follow-Up】 to herself and multiple allies using Silver Spoon.
The bonuses that Silver Spoon provides all help the party both offensively and defensively. 【Reflex】 is one of the best status effects in the game, as proven by Legendary Black Knight, and providing 【Reflex】 on-demand is a strong effect to have.

Tea Felix is powerful, but his role can be replicated by Brave Felix. Tea Ingrid is unique (as of the time of her release) by providing 【Reflex】 mid-turn, but she is still an offensive unit and her role can be fulfilled by other units.
Legendary Black Knight, the other source of 【Reflex】, is more powerful as he makes better use of 【Reflex】 as a Savior tank. Tank units are better users of 【Reflex】 as they tend to have multiple sources of damage reduction, all of which are reflected by 【Reflex】 onto their foes.

twztid13 4 monthsOf course felix isn't 9.9 since I wasted all my orbs on him. When the event came out,, y'all still didn't even have the new heroes listed under "TBD" as usual, so i had no idea how many days I'd have to wait to see the rating. I'm sure I'll miss out on 9.9's now, since I don't buy orbs. That's what i get for relying on y'all for making decisions, i guess.
