"She is designed to defeat raid boss type units such as Savior armors by surviving combat and allowing allies to warp in and defeat the target foe." By your own description, she needs to survive the initial battles, & not necessarily kill her opponents. Why, then, would an offensive based seal be recommended? Wouldn't something that helps her survive be better?
It's like giving her entire squad brave Robin's ability to warp 5 spaces, if positioned correctly.
Also, y'all have the description wrong. It should be 5 spaces, not 3: "If unit has entered combat during the current turn, allies within 3 spaces of unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of unit."
I don't think y'all are giving her enough credit (especially the community poll). For players like myself who don't have lots of mobility, but have great offensive powerhouses, she can be amazing. I gave her galeforce & she helps so much. I'm thinking of giving her pass, so she can get to the opponents easier, but still experimenting. Don't sleep on her, cuz in combination with bride embla, bride sharena, & other insanely OP heroes w multiple turns, she is very useful, IMO.
