Solution

Turn 1
1. Warp Hortensia one space up and three spaces left, then defeat the Blue Manakete.
2. Use Canto to move Hortensia one space down.
3. Move Ivy one space up and two spaces left, then defeat the Green Manakete.
4. Use Canto to move Ivy one space right.
Turn 2
5. Move Ivy one space right and defeat the Bow Cavalier.
6. Move Hortensia one space up and use Rescue+ on Ivy.
7. Use Canto to move Hortensia one space up.
Turn 3
8. Move Ivy two spaces up and one space left, then defeat the Axe Knight.
9. Warp Hortensia three spaces up and defeat the Bow Fighter.
