Solution (1)

1. Move Eirika one space up and use pivot on L'Arachel.
2. Move L'Arachel one space up to the left and attack the Axe Knight.
3. Move Innes one space up and defeat the Axe Flier.
4. Move Ephraim two spaces left and one space down.
5. Keep Eirika in place and attack the Axe Knight on the left.
6. Move Innes two spaces left and defeat the Red Mage above.
7. Move Ephraim one space left and one down to destroy the obstacle.
8. Move L'Arachel one space to the left and defeat the Blue Mage.
9. Move L'Arachel two space up and one left to defeat the Blue Mage below.
10. Move Ephraim one space up and two to the left to defeat the Green Cavalier.
11. Move Innes two spaces up and attack the Axe Knight.
12. Move Eirika one space up and to the left, and use Pivot on Innes.
13. Move L'Arachel one space down and defeat the Lance Knight.
14. Move Innes between Ephraim and Eirika and attack the Axe Knight.
15. Keep Eirika in place and defeat the Axe Knight.
16. Move Ephraim three spaces to the right and defeat the Red Cavalier.
17. Move L'Arachel one space to the right and defeat the Lance Knight below.
18. Move Eirika one space up.
19. Move Innes one space to the right and defeat the Axe Fighter.
