Solution

  1. Move Faye two spaces down and then defeat the Lance Flier.
  2. Move Gray to the space left of Faye and use Swap.
  3. Move Clair one space to the left.
  4. Move Alm one space to the right.
  5. Move Faye one space to the left and defeat the Lance Knight two spaces above.
  6. Move Clair two spaces to the right and then use Harsh Command on Alm.
  7. Move Alm one space to the right and a space down to defeat the Axe Knight.
  8. From where he is standing, Swap Gray with Clair.
  9. Move Gray two spaces to the left and Swap with Faye.
  10. Move Faye two steps to the right and defeat the Lance Dragon above her.
  11. Move Clair a space right and use Harsh Command on Alm again.
  12. Defeat the Sword Fighter with Alm.

The instructions are wrong here. For Step 6, you only want to move Clair 2 spaces right, not up or down at all.
