When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
As a hero obtainable only through Grand Hero Battle, Jamke will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.
The best IVs for Res are +Atk and -Res. This raises the amount of damage he deals and it makes it easier for him to activate Heavy Blade 3. His Res is of less importance so it can be safely taken as a bane.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Jamke to 10. At +10 Merges, Jamke' Atk will reach such high levels that pushing it up higher is a waste. At this point, it would be better to opt with a +Spd IV instead to help him take less follow-up attacks and allow him to make some follow-up attacks on his own. Follow-up attacks also speed up special activation.
At max merges, he reaches 39 Spd so he still needs some dragonflowers and/or allied support to consistenly nail follow-up attacks. Though this is a range wherein it will be hard for enemy units to score follow-up attacks on him even without support.

Bow of Verdane's special refine grants Jamke an additional Atk/Spd+5 during combat and grants effects based on the value of Jamke's Spd minus his foe's Spd:
This refine allows Jamke to attack his opponents twice and eliminate them before he even receives a single attack from them, ensuring his safety!
This refine is clearly better than simple stat bonus refines and is the refine of choice.

Jamke's weapon, the Slaying Bow+, accelerates his special trigger (cooldown count -1). Additionally, Heavy Blade can shorten the time it takes to activate his special. With this skill, he receives special cooldown charge +1 per attack if his Atk is greater than the foe's.
These two are a great fit for Jamke's native special, Astra, as it has a very high special cooldown of 4. In ideal conditions, Astra will almost always take any unit out as it boosts Jamke's damage by 150%.
Cancel Affinity 3 is a hard counter to Raven Tomes. Raven Tomes grant weapon advantage over colorless units, but Cancel Afiinity 3 neutralizes it. In addition to that, Jamke's colorless attacks are not strong against any type so the drawback of Cancel Affinity 3 does not apply to him.
If Heavy Blade 3 triggers and Jamke is using Slaying Bow+, Astra can be activated easily by attacking an enemy, receiving a counterattack and performing a follow-up attack, however, Jamke has a pretty mediocre Spd stat of 32 at Lv. 40. This makes it hard for Jamke to activate Asta on a follow-up attack.
Astra combined with his skills might seem good on paper, but his Spd does not allow him to reap its full potential. This is why we recommend running other builds with Jamke instead. Astra plus his base kit could skill work, but make sure you invest merges, dragonflowers and apply Spd buffs so that he gets a chance to score follow-up attacks.
Jamke's Res only sits at 17 at Lv.40. This makes it easy for magic users to take him out. Be mindful of Jamke's positioning in relation to magical units that can easily take him out. Make use of his cavalry mobility in order to achieve superior positioning.

Jamke can be used to inherit the skills Heavy Blade 3 or Cancel Affinity 3. However, you can only acquire Summer Rhys from Grand Hero Battles or from using Heroic Grails, so think carefully before foddering him off.
Jamke is a Hero who, for a limited time, can be obtained through completing a Grand Hero Battle for the first time. They do not appear in regular summons. After the event has ended, they can be obtained by using Heroic Grails.
