Look for large pots or barrels in the area and break them as they may drop ten arrows in the process.
If there is a Goddess Wall in the area, you can perform a Skyward Strike and draw an arrow on the wall to receive three packs of arrows.
Note that you need to draw the arrow symbol in one stroke for the wall to register your drawing properly.
Goddess Wall Symbols and How to Draw
You can equip and use the Wooden Shield to gather arrows from the Red Bokoblin archers. Using the Wooden Shield, and its upgrades, results to the arrows becoming stuck to the shield allowing you to collect them.
Note that the arrows can still damage the shield, so you need to have some Revitalizing Potions in your Adventure Pouch to repair it.

The Quiver is the item that holds the ammunition for the Bow. Upgrading it allows you to hold more arrows in one quiver.
You can also equip multiple Quivers in the Adventure Pouch to increase its capacity without upgrading it. However, since the pouch has limited slots, we recommend upgrading the quiver to increase its maximum capacity.
Hold down the ZR Button on the Right Joy-Con to bring up the Items menu. Point the controller at the Iron Bow and let go of the ZR Button to equip it.
Once you have equipped the Iron Bow, press the ZR Button to use it. For both button only controls and motion controls, move your Right Joy-Con to aim.
Hold down the ZR Button while aiming to power up the bow and unleash a strong attack.
You can use the Iron Bow to activate switches in dungeons. These include the circular switches, as well as Timeshift Stones.
The Iron Bow is also used to defeat enemies from a distance. Be sure to press and hold the ZR Button while aiming to power up the weapon, as this allows you to defeat certain enemies in one hit.
You can use the Iron Bow to destroy the water fruits found in the Eldin region, particulary inside the Fire Sanctuary.
You can use the Iron Bow to enter Beedle's shop at Skyloft. Hit the bell with the weapon and a rope will come down, allowing you to grab it and enter the shop.
