Edge of Shu Sanctum
Starting from Narrow Stretch, take the path to the right after your initial encounter with Nian Suichang, instead of heading up the stairs. Follow the path to the end to discover a hidden cave the containg Panda and the Storyteller.

At the top room of Snowfall Palace, step on the circular plate in the middle of the area. This will open a hidden elevator leading down to a treasure room, where you can find the Panda.

From the Zhenwu Altar Shrine, there's a pathway that opens after defeating Fierce Tiger - Zhang Xianzhong. Go down that path and turn left, just before the cave that leads to the Ferry Overlook.

Annalum at Worship's Rise in Ruins
From the Annalum shrine, head up to the village, follow the path then head right when available, then back right. Cross the foyer to the left, and head down the hill, where there are bamboo shoots dotting the ground. At the end of the path is the Panda who is lounging underneath the gazebo.

Depths of the Capital at Bo Capital
You can find your way to the Panda by using the Depths of the Capital shrine, then taking the nearby elevator up. Head up the red tendrils, then turn left. Take the right direction at the fork in the road then just continue the path. There's a nearby mechanism that will move the platforms so that you can make your way to the Panda.
