Best Food Combo for HP

This food combo is the best in the game for increasing your max HP. Eating these three food items will increase your max HP by 250 points, stamina by 210 points, and grants 12 HP Regeneration per tick (every 10 seconds).

While not necessarily required, this particular food combo is also extremely effective against bosses that deal massive amounts of damage such as The Elder and Moder.

Best Food Combo for Stamina

This food combo is the best for maximizing your stamina over your HP. Eating these food items will increase your max stamina by 250 points, max HP 220 points, and grants 12 HP Regeneration per tick (every 10 seconds).

While not necessarily required, this particular food combo is useful against bosses that force you to reposition often such as Bonemass and Yagluth.

Once you build a Cauldron in your base, the most efficient Food Combo in the early-to-mid stages of the game include Sausages.

These are very easy to make since you can get multiple Entrails from Draugrs, while Raw Meat and Thistle can be easily stockpiled by hunting and foraging.
