Most Efficient Food Combo

Early Game

Once you are able to get a Cauldron and defeat some Draugrs, the most efficient Food Combo would include the Sausages.

Sausages are very easy to make since you can get multiple Entrails from Draugrs while Raw Meat and Thistle can be easily stockpiled by hunting and foraging.

Mid to Late Game

The most efficient food combo mid to late game will become available once you are able to hunt Loxs and Serpents.

When you are able to hunt both enemies, you simple just have to cook their meats on a Cooking Station and make Sausages from the Cauldron to have the most efficient food combo in the game.

This food combo can rival the other best food combos for increasing your max HP or stamina because it only requires the raw meats and a few entrails and thistle.

    • Soap most likely originated from when people cooked food on a spit and the fat dripped on to the white ash in the fire and when combined with water it made a lather. Adding soap could introduce hygiene factors into the game. They could introduce it similar to how the hunger works, like, the better your hygiene, the more health/stamina you can gain. Making soap could consist of cooking meat over the spit, the fat mixing with ash and then mixing it with water could give you soap.
