Alarm Clock can also be purchased from the Daily Shop for 2,000 Monies each.
Daily Sales appear up to three times every day after completing non-Career races.

Reward from Events and Prize Derbies
Alarm Clock is obtained as a reward for participating in events and spinning the roulette in Prize Derbies.
Note that events and Prize Derbies are time-limited and may not always be available.
Exchange for Clovers
You can also exchange 30 Clovers for an Alarm Clock via the Clover Exchange at the Store. This is only recommended if you have plenty of leftover Clovers, since Clovers can be used to purchase Scout Tickets.
How to Use Alarm Clock
Use After Failing Goal Races
After failing a goal race in Career mode, you will get a prompt asking if you want to use an Alarm Clock, provided you have one.
Using an Alarm Clock allows you to retry the race. This raises your Trainee's mood (no change if mood is already Great) and reassigns the bracket numbers.
