Use a Mushroom to boost through the off-road curve in the northern part of the map.
Southwest Curve
Use a Mushroom to boost through the off-road curve at the southwest side of the course.
Southeast Curve
Use a Mushroom to boost through the off-road curve at the southeast side of the course.

Koopa Troopa Beach Question Panel Locations
Near the Start Line

Before crossing the Starting Line, turn left and you will find the Question Panel near a ramp.
Along the Path to the Mountain

From the Starting Point, turn around and take the route going to the mountain. You will find the Question Panel along the first upward slope.
At the Southern Island

From the starting point, go to the island at the southern portion of the course. You can find the Question Panel near the Warp Pipe at the base of the mountain.
Use the Ramp at the Top of the Mountain

Go to the top of the mountain. Follow the coins at the western side of the mountain to find a ramp that you can use to the island where you will find the Question Panel.
At the Northern Part of the Map

You can find the Question Panel at a sandbar in the northern part of the map. From the starting point, you need to keep going straight until you reach an island, and you will find the Question Panel behind it.

You can find the Peach Medal at the top of a ramp south of the course.

Near the Start Point

At a Sandbar Far From the Course

From the Starting Point, drive to the direction of the windmills. You will the P-Switch at a sandbar along the way.
At the Northwest Portion of the Map

When you reach the first curve, turn to the direction of the airplane at your right. Keep going forward and you will find the P-Switch on an island at the northwest portion of the course.
Near the Western Coast

Go to the western side of the course. You will find the P-Switch near a clif and beside a navigational buoy.
