North Curve
Use a Mushroom to boost through the off-road portion of the curve on the northern portion of the map. Use Rail Sliding on a fallen column and leap up into the air to cover more distance.
Get to the High Ground
Get pass the curve by using Wall Riding to get to higher ground.
Jump From Cloud to Cloud
Use the boost from a Mushroom to pass through some wooden crates at the off-road portion of the course, and to jump from cloud to cloud.
South Curve
Use the boost from a Mushroom or a similar item to cross the off-road portion of the curve in the southern portion of the course.

Great ? Block Ruins Question Panel Locations
At the Back of the Ruins

Follow the course until you reach the curve at the back of the ruins. You will find the Question Panel at an island after bouncing off from a cloud.
Destroy the Blocks

You can find the Question Panel near the starting point. Destroy the blocks to uncover the Question Panel.
Rail Slide at a Chain

Near the starting point, use Rail Slide at a chain at your left side. You will find the Question Panel on an island after entering a Warp Pipe.
At the End of the U-Shaped Curve

From the starting point, turn around and drive to the U-shaped curve. At the end of the curve, go to the island below the 2nd cloud.
Before the S-Shaped Curve

When you reach the S-Shaped Curve, turn around. Go to the gap at the start of the S-Shaped Curve and jump to the path below the main road.

Inside the Ruins

Keep going straight from the starting point. You will find the P-Switch behind a block near a curve inside the ruins.
At an Island at the End of a Chain

Near the starting point, you will find a chain going downwards at your left. Use Rail Slide at the chain and you will reach the island where you will find the P-Switch.
Back Up From the Starting Point

From the Starting Point, drive backwards until you fall from a gap in the road. You will land at a small island where you will find the P-Switch.
