Mirror Mode adds an extra layer of challenge by reversing all tracks—left turns become right and vice versa. To unlock it, complete 10 P Switch challenges, collect 10 Peach Medallions, activate 10 Question Panels in Free Roam mode. Then, finish all Grand Prix Cups and Knockout Tours, and clear the Special Cup. Once you complete these tasks, a cutscene will confirm that Mirror Mode is unlocked!
However, there may be more hidden conditions such as Coins collected, kilometers driven, Outfits unlocked, or races completed. If you've met all the conditions above and haven't unlocked it yet, let us know in the comments below!

Eating the new Dash Food gives your character different outfits! Similarly, a red ! mark also appears at the top right corner of the Outfit icon to signify that you unlocked a new outfit.

There are different types of Dash Food, such as Burgers and Sushi, and they unlock corresponding outfits, such as Touring outfits for Burgers and Japanese-themed clothing for Sushi!

You can get Dash Food while racing on courses or in Free Roam in different Yoshi's Diner locations across the whole map.

When you get complete the first 7 Grand Prix Cups, you'll unlock the Special Cup, which ends with the fan-favorite course Rainbow Road, the only unlockable course in the game.
Rainbow Road is a unique course in that it cannot be accessed via Free Roam, only as part of the Grand Prix Special Cup or via VS Mode and Time Trials.

Though not technically new unlockable courses, there are hidden reverse version of tracks that you can access by having them as part of a series of linked tracks. And more specifically, the track must be accessed only from a certain direction.
These reverse version of the courses can even feature new alternate routes! For instance, entering Shy Guy Bazaar from Airship Fortress reveals a completely different path exclusive to the reverse version.

You can unlock karts for every 100 coins that you collect. You can easily collect more coins by playing any of the game modes in Mario Kart World!
There are over 30 vehicles you can unlock!

There are certain achievements in the games, such as driving a specific amount of kilometers, or getting a specific amount of collectibles, that you can complete to get more stickers!

There are 394 blue P Switches hidden in the Free Roam mode. Drive through them to start a challenge. Once completed you will earn a free sticker matching the mission!

Peach Medallions are large collectible coins, of which there are 200 scattered in Free Roam. Collecting them unlocks more Stickers that you can use to customize your karts with. Note that the stickers obtained for Peach Medallions are random, unlike those associated with P Switches and Question Panels.

Activate all 150 Question Panels, which are marked with a ?, in Free Roam to earn more Stickers for your vehicles, each of which is unique to a specific Panel!
