Near the Starting Line
Ride the rail by driving through the pile of tires to the left found after passing the lap. You can only drive through the tires by accelerating from the second lap onwards.
Curve Before the Finish Line
Use a Mushroom to boost through a dirt road curve to the left just before the finishing line.
Glide Over the Dirt Road
Jump to the right cliff beside the bridge that is found just before the second shortcut. Take the shortcut over the dirt road using by gliding over it using a ramp.

On the Roof of Luigi Tires

This panel is found on top of the Luigi Tires building. Rail slide from one of the ramps to jump on the roof.
On the Roof of a House Near the Lake

This panel is found on the roof of the building near the lake. Use the green ramp to get on the roof.
Under a Curve Near the South

This panel is found near the second P Switch. Drop down the giant loop south of the course to get to this location.
Beneath the Elevated Road Near the Finish Line

This panel is found on the underside of the last ramp just before the finish line.
On the Roof of Mario Motors

This panel is found on top of the Mario Motors building near the finish line. You can get to this panel past the third P Switch.

On the Arch at the Starting Line

The Peach Medallion can be found on top of the arch on the starting line. Go to the left side and make use of the ramp behind the building to hop onto the arch.

On Top of the Burger Building

This P Switch is found on top of the Burger building. Use the stairs on the building to get to it.
On the Upper Area Near the Finish Line

This P Switch is found on an elevated area near the finish line. You need to take the green pipe behind some freight containers to be warped near it.
Under a Curve Near the South

This P Switch is found near the third panel. Drop down the giant loop south of the course to get to this location.
