Effect For a while, each press of the L Button throws a fireball. Karts hit by a fireball will spin.
Change from Previous Games:
Now only pushes other players away instead of completely knocking them over.

Transforms and Gives Speed Boost

Transforms you to a Bullet Bill that blitzes through the track with speed and can automatically steer you for a short duration. The speed boost it provides is used to recover momentum, pass other racers, and even take shortcuts.

Pushers Other Karts Away

Upon transforming as a Bullet Bill, you will also push away other Karts that you come in contact with, possibly knocking them over the course when timed correctly.

What Ranking Does Bullet Bill Appear At?

More Likely to Spawn at Lower Rankings

Bullet Bill is a recovery item that transforms and boosts the player to help them cover long distances, so they tend to appear at when you are at a lower ranking.
