Boomerang Flower Boomerang Flower
Effect Makes you invincible for a while. Your speed is also increased, and any kart you hit will be knocked over.
Change from Previous Games:
The item now runs on a timer instead of having 3 set boomerangs to throw.

Throw a Boomerang That Can Hit Opponents Twice

To use the Boomerang Flower, press the L Button to throw a boomerang that hits when you throw them and hits again on the way back to you.

Throw as Many as You Can Before the Timer Runs Out

The Boomerang Flower now runs on a timer in Mario Kart World. So you can throw as many boomerang as you can before the item timer ends instead of just having three boomerangs.

How to Deal With Boomerang Flower

Do Not Drive in a Straight Line

Driving in a straight line makes it easy for you to get hit by both hits of a boomerang, so even on straight areas of a course, you can drive to the left or right to avoid getting hit.
