Just adding bit more info to the one David found in 74. You need to ride the green pipe on the left in order for the medallion to appear.
The only thing I remember is that, before I lost track of all the ones I had collected, one of the last ones added to the site was the one located near the orange tree on the Japanese map in the interactive map. I don’t know its English name, I only know the Italian one, which is "Cascate Smack"
okay but it was still one of the latest medallions added to the map which is why I mentioned it. I get the frustration.. happened to me too but don't let that stop you.
If you mean the one literally shaped like a star, then no, I got it several hours ago, and we still weren’t at 168. Damn, I’m cooked… and all because, despite logging in, it didn’t save the ones I had marked as collected. This absolutely needs to be fixed, it’s a critical bug that just made me lose track of everything I had picked up.
One on the star water. One slightly above the faraway oasis (yoshi video), one with baby rosalina video in dry bones burnout, one in bowser castle with bee, one near starview peak playing as cheep cheep, one in wario shipyard on floating island character bee, south of acorn heights baby daisy video, those are the ones I remember being added recently.
Can someone tell me which are the last 8 medallions that were added to the interactive map? This damn website removed all the ones I had marked as collected, and now I have no idea which ones I’m missing.
Another missing one in DK Spaceport, it's on one of the horizontal gray girders that you need to fall onto from a higher platform.

On the map there is a duplicate medallion in Dino Dino Jungle
This Medallion is located when you exit DS Airship fortress behind this glider cannon.
Here's another one located to the east of N64 Wario Stadium and ride up this crane at the right side of the bridge.

Theres a peach medallion under the ramp to get into the bowsers castle area.
