    Peach medallion not on the map. Crown city. Spawn in from the map. Drive to the p swichto the left. And jump on the elevated grassy area. Keep driving behind the building made of rond waves. And you find yourself in front of this coin on this place.

    It seems like the one people are missing depends on whatever point they were at when the map update. I went back to where I started tracking and continued in roughly the same way I went when I collected the first 199 coins and found everything was checked off, and it too me 53 coins until I found it.
