Reforged Remembrance is a great light cone for Nihility characters who have DoT in their kit since it provides DEF ignore, increases ATK and gives Effect Hit Rate which all DoT-centered characters love to have.
Is Reforged Remembrance Worth It?
Great For Black Swan
Reforged Remembrance provides the two main stats Black Swan needs which are Effect Hit Rate and ATK. The Prophet effect synergizes well with her kit since the requirement of getting it is easily met by Black Swan's Ultimate.
Black Swan's Ultimate allows Arcana, the debuff she inflicts, to be regarded as all four DoT effects. This allows her to have four stacks of Prophet after using a single Ultimate. Since she can easily max out Prophet stacks, this Light Cone is the perfect fit for her.
Should You Pull?
Reforged Remembrance is a good choice if you want to boost purely the DMG of a DoT character. Compared to other Nihility Light Cones, this Light Cone provides a better offensive boost rather than providing Energy regen or Break Effect.
The Prophet effect is amazing and the Effect Hit Rate boost can be used by almost any DoT DPS. To max out the Prophet stacks, however, the character needs to deal DMG to enemies inflicted with all four DoT effects which can be hard to fit in a single team.
Characters with DoTs in their kit can still use this Light Cone since it is still amazing, but they'll miss out on fully utilizing Prophet stacks. Currently, this Light Cone is only best for Black Swan since she can fully utilize it with her kit.
