Those Many Springs is a great light cone for units who provide both debuffs and DoTs since it can increase a ton of DMG Vulnerability to an enemy.
Even if the character doesn't apply DoTs to an enemy, they can still benefit from the Light Cone's high Effect Hit Rate and Unarmored state debuff.
Those Many Springs provides Jiaoqiu with a ton of Effect Hit Rate, a stat he needs the most. Since Jiaoqiu can attack enemies and provide DoTs, he can fully utilize the effects of Those Many Springs.
To guarantee the Unarmored and Cornered debuffs on an enemy, the wearer should have 180% Effect Hit Rate. This amount is enough to apply the debuffs on enemies with Effect RES.
Those Many Springs provides Nihility units with a huge amount of Effect Hit Rate and allows them implant a Vulnerability debuff on an enemy simply by attacking or applying debuffs on an enemy.
While some characters like Pela can't fully utilize this Light Cone's effects, they can still benefit from the Effect Hit Rate increase and Unarmored state debuff.
