Ethereal Orbs can be found In Rebena Te Ra during its third cycle with high bonus points. This isn't 100% so you may have to try multiple times to get what you need.

Abyss Eyes can be obtained in the post-game dungeon Misty Mount Kilanda. The scroll can be found when completing the dungeon so stock up on these from treasure chests in advance.

Adamantite can be obtained from a treasure chest in the post-game dungeon Rainy Ruins. The treasure chest containing Adamantite can be found shortly after entering the dungeon so if you don't happen to get one just exit the dungeon and re-enter. Rinse and repeat for an effective way to farm Adamantite.
