Shattered Ties Walkthrough
1. Mark of the Scar
| 1.1 | Examine the Stone Tablet |

| After purifying the statue in the Cloister of Enlightenment, read the marked stone tablets in the room, one of them giving you the Shattered Ties questline and beginning Mark of the Scar. | |
| 1.2 | Reveal the Secret of the Stone Tablet |
| Go north the World's Navel area and approach the Dragon sleeping in the center of the mountain ruins to trigger a cutscene. As it flies away, the next quest will start. There is also an Abyss Nexus at the ruins, so be sure to step on it before continuing. |
2. Shackles of Fate
| 2.1 | Remove the Spear From the Dragon |

| After activating the Abyss Nexus at the ruins, chase the dragon, Blackstar, by gliding south toward the Urdavah area. Land on top of the massive bridge and press the wait button on the bottom right of your screen, and eventually the dragon will fly closer to the bridge. | |

As it comes closer, jump off and glide towards the dragon's flight path. Attach Axiom Force midair, then press the Aerial Maneuver button (  / /  ) while attached to ride the dragon. |

| 2.3 | Resist the Dragon to Stay On |
While riding, you will have the Resist action (  /  /  ), which helps you stay on when the dragon moves frantically to throw you off. Hold it only when the dragon flies fast or spins, and do not hold it while the dragon is steady, or you will lose unnecessary stamina. |

| 2.4 | Use Focused Force Palm on the Dragon |
After riding it for around two minutes, you get the prompt to use Focused Force Palm. Like before, activate Focus first, then charge the Force Palm with  / /  and release it on the golden orb on the dragon's back.Doing this successfully opens a cutscene and finishes the quest. |
