Frozen Anguish is a unique two-handed weapon found in a treasure chest inside the Spire of Frost in Crimson Desert. Read on to learn how to get Frozen Anguish, as well as its stats and information.

How to Get Frozen Anguish
1. Head to Eye of Ice in Demeniss
Go to the Eye of Ice and look for Spire Frost, located in the northern part of Demeniss.
2. Go Inside the Spire of Frost
| 2.1 | Go Up the Staircase |

 Use the staircase to go up. There are icy patches on the steps that will cause you to slip if you run over them. Jump over the patches to get past them. |

| 2.2 | Destroy the Ice on the Lantern |
Past the stairs, you will find a lantern covered in ice. Attack it with your weapon to break the ice. |
|
| 2.3 | Light the Lantern to Open the Door |
 Once the lantern is free of ice, interact with it to light it. This will open the entrance to the Spire of Ice. |
|
| 2.4 | Locate the Chest Under the Stairs |
 Head through the entrance and check under the staircase, where the treasure chest is hidden. |
3. Open the Treasure Chest
Once you find the treasure chest under the staircase, interact with it to open it and obtain the Frozen Anguish.
