Evasion Powerhouse During Early Game

Chloe Croce's skillset is as simple as it is effective. At least, it is for the first 30 seconds of the game. Her game plan is simple: make her mobile suit as hard to hit as possible and grow stronger off her opponents whiffing their attacks. To that effect, she is highly proficient at it. Her total evasion buff among pilots is easily among the highest in the game, and her ranged sense buff is similarly jaw-dropping.

While that may sound all fine and dandy, it's important to note that her massive evasion buff only lasts for 30 seconds. After that, nothing is left aside from her ranged sense skill that ramps off of, you guessed it, evading attacks. At best, this means that you won't be able to stack it reliably. At worst, you wouldn't be able to gain anything at all. It also means that she's terrible at any content that can take more time than her buff would last.

Very Difficult Skill Requirements To Meet

And while you may think that having only two skill requirements to get the full benefits of her buffs would make her easy to use, that's not actually the case. Among all currently released Green-type mobile suits, only the Pale Rider (Space Type) possesses the Limiter Override unit category. If you don't have it, then she's only good for her evasion skill.

The Pale Rider (Space Type) is one of the deadliest mobile suits in the game. While it does specialize in destroying enemy targets with the Newtype Machine unit category, such as the Varguil (Gundam Head), its abilities are nothing to scoff at even if it's not facing any. During the first 30 seconds of a stage, the Pale Rider (Space Type) is among the hardest mobile suits to hit. On top of that, it can continuously use its EX Skill thanks to its starting gauge and awe-inspiring gauge recovery.

Despite Chloe Croce's many shortcomings, she shines extremely brightly inside the cockpit of the Pale Rider (Space Type). Not only does she further push its evasion to genuinely absurd levels, but she can also inflate its offensive prowess to new heights.

Do not sleep on Chloe Croce when you have the Pale Rider (Space Type). No other pilot is as good at handling this powerful mobile suit as she is.
