Uso Erwin Review

Uso Erwin provides a well-balanced set of buffs for his mobile suit, ranging from melee and ranged firepower to offensive stability and general survivability. These buffs are desirable, particularly when paired with the Victory Gundam.

Unfortunately, the effects are pretty scattered and often overlap. This is especially true after it uses an EX Skill when both melee and ranged sense buffs take effect. Since a mobile suit doesn't exactly use both forms of attacks at the same time, the buff is essentially just a general damage improvement instead of allowing you to burst down enemies afterward.

On the other hand, Uso Erwin's skill requirements are incredibly lenient. Disregarding the Zanscare War requirement, you can easily fit him into many mobile suits.

The Victory Gundam is a peculiar mobile suit. It starts out as a dull unit, but quickly grows more powerful as time passes. However, most of that expires after 60 seconds. After that, it loses most of its steam and becomes a slightly annoying unit with above average bulk.

Uso Erwin alleviates the Victory Gundam's issues somewhat by providing it with much-needed accuracy to make the most out of its time, and increased firepower whenever it matters.
