Kou Uraki Review

Kou Uraki is a decent pilot that can provide large buffs to a mobile suit's ranged firepower. However, he does come with a few notable shortcomings.

For one, only a quarter of his total ranged sense stat bonus is always active, with the other part locked behind the need to use an EX Skill. This necessitates for him to be placed in the cockpit of a mobile suit with fast EX Skill charging. He also doesn't provide any accuracy boost to back up the increased firepower.

His skill requirements also makes him incredibly difficult to place in other mobile suits. Not only is Ground a very rare unit category among UR-rarity units, only one among Blue-type mobile suits have it.

The Gundam GP01 is a mobile suit specializing in healing units with the Delaz Conflict and Ground unit categories. It also possesses a good amount of firepower and decent accuracy. Thus, it benefits from Kou Uraki's large ranged sense stat.

However, the Gundam GP01 does not possess any skills that increases its EX Gauge gain. That's why you should expect it to not utilize Kou Uraki's buffs often.
