This Hero Fest banner is loaded with elite heroes that all have a place in the metagame.
Anniversary Marth is the rarest hero in the game, not present in any permanent summoning pools and with no antiicpated future reruns.
Hræsvelgr is one of the hardest hitting Mythic Heroes in the game, and her status as an offensive Mythic Hero allows for higher lift gain in Aether Raids.
Young Camilla is the premiere offensive nuke in the game, capable of approaching from a distance, unhindered by anti-Warp effects, and bursting down almost any foe with ease, then retreating to safety.
Valentine's Rhea is the best Near Save unit in the entire game, with her impressive bulk and Joint Drive Miracle effect.
This Hero Fest banner has something for everyone, with each hero fulfilling different needs and suiting different playstyles.

This is the best Hero Fest banner in the history of Fire Emblem Heroes.
All of the heroes on this banner are incredibly powerful, with two elite metagame staples in Valentine's Rhea and Young Camilla that suit different playstyles.
Since this is a Hero Fest banner, the 5★ summoning rate is increased to 1.25% per hero (adding up to the advertised 5%), and the game gives out free summon tickets to make summoning even cheaper.
We highly recommend summoning here until you have at least one of each hero. If you want to fully merge up any of these heroes, this Hero Fest banner is the absolute best banner to summon copies of them.
One thing to note is that heroes that are featured on these Hero Fest banners tend to be countered by new skills released in the future. A good example of this is Valentine's Lyon from last year's Celebratory Hero Fest who dominated the metagame, and then Firm Canto Curb was immediately released shortly after.
