Summer Dedue's inheritable Anchor Axe+ can create a large Atk/Def bonus during combat, up to Atk/Def+20, boosting Dedue's two most important stats by a large margin. It also inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on Dedue's foe per attack during combat, preventing them from progressing their Special cooldown counts.

While not as powerful as other exclusive or Arcane axes, Anchor Axe+ provides just enough where it can be useful on the right heroes.
