Solution

    Turn 1
  1. Move Dieck two spaces left and defeat the Lance Flier.
  2. Move Ogma two spaces down and attack the Axe Cavalier.
  3. Move Jeralt three spaces left and defeat the Axe Cavalier.
  4. Move Gerik two spaces up and defeat the Lance Knight.
  5. Turn 2
  6. Move Ogma two spaces down and defeat the Axe Fighter.
  7. Move Jeralt three spaces down and defeat the Sword Knight.
  8. Move Gerik two spaces right and defeat the Red Tome Cavalier.
  9. Move Dieck one space right and one space down, then attack the Axe Knight.
  10. Turn 3
  11. Move Dieck one space down and defeat the first Axe Knight.
  12. Move Gerik one space down and attack the second Axe Knight.
  13. Move Jeralt one space up and one space left to defeat the Colorless Bow Flier.
  14. Move Ogma one space down and one space right to defeat the Axe Knight.
  15. Turn 4
  16. Move Ogma two spaces up and attack the Green Tome Flier.
  17. Move Gerik two spaces up and defeat the Green Tome Flier.
  18. Move Jeralt two spaces right and defeat the Axe Cavalier.
  19. Move Dieck two spaces up and defeat the Lance Knight.
