When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Scion Leif are +Spd and -Res.
A +Spd IV adds to his best asset, his high Spd stat, and it almost guarantees that the effects of his weapon is active.
His Res is already on the low side, so it would be safe to take it as a bane.
You can also take a Atk Leif for more firepower.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Scion Leif to 10. This is for the same reasons above.

This build precharges Deadeye and activates it with Leif's first attack. This build is great in Aether Raids defense to soften up tanks with the precharged Deadeye, then function as a Wings of Mercy beacon with Bow of Twelve's Miracle effect to finish off the enemy.

This build keeps Leif's base kit as it functions very well right off the bat. Quickened Pulse allows Leif to activate Njörun's Zeal immediately even through Guard effects.

Since S Drink and Quickened Pulse are mainly for the early stages of the map, swapping them out with Lull Spd/Def 3 and a Seal like Atk/Spd Solo 3 will make Scion Leif more relevant as the battle goes on. Run this set if you are expecting longer battles!

Scion Leif is a ranged physical attack phase unit. Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Def.
Leif's Harmonized skill grants his team from the same titles as him and Seliph buffs!
Scion Leif is one under the category of harmonized heroes. They have access to a unique harmonized skill which is very similar to duo skills.
You can activate harmonized skills by pressing the the harmonized skill button. Because this harmonized unit features both Leif and Seliph, they can qualify for bonus scores in all of the games where these two show up!

This makes Scion Leif a really good unit that can one-shot enemy units without fearing of retaliation.
Scion Leif survives this Blue Bow's Special trigger damage!
Scion Leif's Bow of Twelve not only accelerates his Special trigger, grants him Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 if his target uses magic, but also enables him to survive lethal damage in his first combat per turn.
This is extremely powerful, as he cannot be one-shot by a unit unless they can survive his counterattack and are granted another action by a dancer.
In conjuction with his weapon, Njörun's Zeal allows Leif to have another action when it triggers.
Even though it only restricts him to one space, he can potentially take out 2 units in one turn.
This pairs well with the【Canto (1)】effect, as it triggers after Njörun's Zeal.
So the breakdown of how Leif can operate is:
Being a Harmonized unit means that Scion Leif activates Duo's Hindrance on Aether Raids defense.
As long as Scion Leif is alive, any Duo or Harmonized units on the enemy team will be unable to use their skills from turns 1-6.
Because of this and how good the rest of his kit is, he'll be a common sight in Aether Raids.
While Scion Leif's kit is good, he won't be as oppressive if being controlled by the game's AI.
This is due to the AI coded not to use the Harmonized skill and is also open to be baited and manipulated.
Due to the nature of his weapon, a very powerful unit with a brave weapon can potentially bypass the effect.
For instance, if a Reinhardt is able to deal enough damage to Leif to trigger the Bow of Twelve's effect, he can defeat Leif with the second attack.
Another way to do this is to use a very tanky unit that can perform a follow-up attack.
This unit can take Leif's attack, retaliate with a counterattack that will trigger the lethal damage effect, and then perform a follow-up attack that will finish him off.
Since Scion Leif does not have any Close Counter, another way to defeat him is to just use a melee unit to get up in his personal space.

You can inherit Atk/Spd Catch 4 and Pulse Smoke 3 from Scion Leif. However, he is a very powerful unit, so we recommend keeping and building him before foddering off or merging any duplicates.
You cannot inherit all instances of both skills off Leif, however.
You will need to obtain Atk/Spd Catch 1-3 from another unit like Summer Caeda and then inherit the rest from Leif.
Scion Leif is a limited time Hero who can be pulled from a Special Heroes Summoning Event. They do not appear in regular summons.
Note: Not currently a featured hero in any Summon events.
